Abstract: It further stimulated an entrepreneurial enthusiasm insider the students of forestry universities when Xi Jinping wrote back to teachers and students of agricultural and forestry universities. Then, it is necessary to analysis the entrepreneurial willingness and its influencing factors based on the perspective of students. The results show that students have strong entrepreneurial intention, however, remain in a state of ideas to be implemented for the reason that they may?not?have?an?adequate?understanding?of?relevant preferential policies. Furthermore, the investigation find that funds and training could be the two key elements to improve the success rate of entrepreneurship of students. The students with internal driving force are more willing to carry out entrepreneurship practice, and it helps to enhance the willingness of entrepreneurship if the students take part in the "entrepreneurship and innovation" competition. It is suggested that forestry university should strengthen the reform and innovation related to entrepreneurship education, creating a good entrepreneurial atmosphere by using entrepreneurial competition and entrepreneurial incubation, encouraging successful enterprise to play the role of "teach, help and lead".
