摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在大众创业、万众创新浪潮的席卷下,各个高校也紧跟形势发展的要求,加大了大学生创新创业人才培养体系构建投入的力度。所以,站在心理资本角度上,以当代大学生为主要研究对象,将心理学理论与大学生创新创业紧密结合在一起,对于高校创新创业人才培养体系的构建有着极为重要的意义。

关键词: 大学生, 创新创业, 心理资本, 人才培养体系

Abstract: With the sweeping wave of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, colleges and universities are following the requirements of the development of the situation, increasing the investment in the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial talent training system for college students. Therefore, from the perspective of psychological capital, taking contemporary college students as the main research object, combining psychological theory with college students' innovation and entrepreneurship is of great significance for the construction of college innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent Training System.
