集团化办学背景下教育链和产业链的融合途径探究——基于G集团的案例研究

摘要: 《国家职业教育改革实施方案》提出“要推动企业和社会力量举办高质量职业教育。2020年初步建成300 个示范性职业教育集团(联盟)。”推动企业和社会力量举办高质量职业教育的关键在于促进教育链和产业链的有机融合。G集团探索职教集团治理结构改革,内部实行理事会制,外部运行方式侧重于整合社会资源,引导社会资源投入职业教育发展领域,确保职教集团实体化、规范化运作,是促进教育链和产业链有机融合的有效途径。

Abstract: The National Plan for the implementation of the reform of vocational education proposes that enterprises and social forces should be encouraged to organize high-quality vocational education, and 300 model vocational education Group should be set up initially by 2020.The key to promoting high quality vocational education by enterprises and social forces is to promote the organic integration of the education chain and the industrial chain. The G group explores the reform of the governance structure of the Vocational Education Group, the internal implementation of the council system, the external operation mode focusing on the integration of social resources, guiding social resources into the field of vocational education development, and ensuring the entity and standardized operation of the Vocational Education Group It is an effective way to promote the organic integration of education chain and industry chain.
