摘要/Abstract

摘要： 义务教育是一项基本公共服务。改革开放以来,随着基本公共服务均衡化的不断推进,义务教育日益向均衡发展的方向迈进,取得了显著成效。然而,市场经济体制下家长的职业、收入与受教育程度的差异,城乡教师教学能力水平的差距等问题,使城乡义务教育仍存在较大差距。本文将从以上问题入手,寻求促进黄石市义务教育公共服务均衡化发展的对策。

Abstract: Compulsory education is a basic public service. Since the reform and opening up, with the continuous promotion of the equalization of basic public services, compulsory education has made remarkable achievements in the direction of balanced development. However, under the market economy system, there is still a big gap between urban and rural compulsory education due to the differences of parents' occupation, income and education level, and the gap between urban and rural teachers' teaching ability. This article will start from the above problems, and seek to promote the development of Huangshi compulsory education public service equalization countermeasures.
