摘要: 餐饮食品行业发展过程中,必须要确保餐饮食品安全,餐饮食品安全控制课程教学体系的优化构建,有助于提升课程教学质量与效率,餐饮食品安全管理人才培养质量也能够得到明显提升。从课程定位与设计思路、课程教学内容以及课程评价体系这三个方面入手,对餐饮食品安全控制课程教学体系展开探究,旨在促进餐饮食品行业的持续健康发展。

Abstract: In the development of the catering and food industry, it is necessary to ensure the safety of catering and food, and the optimized construction of the teaching system for the catering and food safety control course will help improve the quality and efficiency of the teaching of the course. Starting from the three aspects of course positioning and design ideas, course teaching content, and course evaluation system, this article explores the teaching system of catering and food safety control courses in order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the catering and food industry.
