摘要： 新工科理念包括创新、引领、开放等全面育人教育,融合大学生必修课《思想道德修养与法律基础》实施教育,能进行马克思主义思想意识指导地位的有效巩固,能使学生深入理解课程,使其增强建功立业、为国贡献的决心和信心。新工科理念育人中,《思想道德修养与法律基础》课程教学教师要深入理解和认识,进行教学实践创新和改革,引导学生形成共识,为学生的成长指明方向。

关键词: 新工科理念, 思想道德修养与法律基础, 教师队伍建设

Abstract: The concept of new engineering includes innovation, leading, opening and other comprehensive education, integrating the implementation of the compulsory course "Ideological and moral cultivation and legal basis" for college students, which can effectively consolidate the guiding position of Marxist ideology, enable students to deeply understand the course, and enhance their determination and confidence in building their careers and contributing to the country. In the education of new engineering concept, the teachers of the course "Ideological and moral cultivation and legal basis" should deeply understand and understand, innovate and reform teaching practice, guide students to form a consensus, and point out the direction for students' growth.
