摘要: 在数智化时代,数字经济与跨文化交流的深入发展,对具备综合能力的复合型人才提出了更高要求,应通过整合日语与信息技术(IT),构建新的“日语 + IT”复合型人才培养模式,致力于培养既精通日语语言技能、又拥有信息技术应用能力的高素质人才。该模式的课程体系兼顾语言学习与技术训练,创新教育模式采用跨学科交叉融合路径,促进文科与工科的有机结合,同时,学生可获得赴日深造机会,进一步增强跨文化沟通能力与专业素养,不仅能够满足经济全球化与数字化发展对人才的需求,还有助于推进新文科教育模式的建设,提升教育质量与学生的就业竞争力。

Abstract: In the era of digital intelligence, the in-depth development of the digital economy and cross-cultural communication has put forward higher requirements for compound talents with comprehensive capabilities. By integrating Japanese language and information technology (IT), a brand-new“Japanese + IT”compound talent cultivation model is constructed, aiming to cultivate high-quality talents who are proficient in Japanese language skills and possess information technology application capabilities. The curriculum system of this model takes into account both language learning and technical training. The innovative education model adopts an interdisciplinary integration path to promote the organic combination of liberal arts and engineering. Meanwhile, students can have the opportunity to study in Japan, further enhancing their cross-cultural communication skills and professional qualities. This not only meets the demand for talents in economic globalization and digital development, It also helps to promote the construction of a new liberal arts education model, enhance the quality of education and students'employment competitiveness.
