摘要: 数字经济推动了人才需求的结构性升级,大学生数智技能培养面临新的要求。该文基于就业导向,构建包含纵向与横向维度的梯度培养体系。纵向层面设计四阶段进阶课程,分年级提升数字素养与专业融合能力;横向层面建立校校、校企多元协同机制,整合资源并实施动态学习路径,促进数智技能训练与就业指导系统融合,为数字时代人才培养提供理论与实践参考。

Abstract: The digital economy is driving a structural upgrade in talent demand, presenting new requirements for cultivating digital and intelligent skills among college students. This article proposes a gradient training system with both vertical and horizontal dimensions, grounded in employment orientation. The vertical dimension features a four-stage progressive curriculum that enhances digital literacy and professional integration skills by academic year. The horizontal dimension establishes multi-stakeholder collaboration mechanisms between universities and between universities and enterprises. This integrates resources and implements dynamic learning pathways, promoting the systematic integration of digital and intelligent skills training with career guidance. The framework provides theoretical and practical references for talent development in the digital era.
