摘要: 该文结合高职院校智能焊接技术专业国家级职业教育教师教学创新团队建设的实践,创新“1234”团队建设模式,坚持“教育家精神”铸魂强师,秉持立德树人,开展校企联合培养,实施高层次人才与名师培养、教师“双师”素质和数字化教学能力提升等计划,将团队建设成为师德高尚、业务精湛、师资结构合理、教育教学能力强、科技创新水平高、国内示范引领、国际影响力强、具有先进制造行业高端技能的国家级教师教学创新团队。研究结果为高职院校中相同或相近专业教师教学创新团队建设提供参考。

Abstract: This article combines the practice of building a national level vocational education teacher teaching innovation team in the field of intelligent welding technology in vocational colleges, innovates the“1234”team building model, adheres to the“educator spirit”to forge the soul and strengthen teachers, upholds moral education to cultivate talents, carries out joint training between schools and enterprises, implements plans for cultivating high-level talents and famous teachers, improving the “dual teacher”quality of teachers and digital teaching ability, etc., and builds the team into a national level teacher teaching innovation team with high professional ethics, excellent skills, a reasonable teacher structure, strong educational and teaching ability, high level of scientific and technological innovation, leading domestic demonstration, strong international influence, and advanced manufacturing industry high-end skills. The results of this study provide reference for the construction of teaching innovation teams for teachers in the same or similar majors in vocational colleges.
