摘要: 该文对人工智能(AI)技术在集成电路设计与电子设计自动化(EDA)课程教学中的应用价值展开了系统探讨,分析了传统教学模式存在的问题,如教学内容更新缓慢、资源整合方法效率低下以及学生难以理解抽象理论等,提出了AI技术在突破上述瓶颈方面的关键作用;结合多个实际案例,系统阐述了AI在提高教学效率、优化学习路径以及培养学生实践能力与创新思维方面的作用。研究显示:人工智能在集成电路教学中的应用不仅是教学模式革新的必然趋势,还为新时代高素质集成电路专业人才的培养拓展了新的路径。

Abstract: This article systematically explores the application value of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in the teaching of integrated circuit design and electronic design automation (EDA) courses, analyzes the problems existing in traditional teaching models, such as slow updating of teaching content, low efficiency of resource integration methods, and difficulty for students to understand abstract theories. It proposes the key role of AI technology in breaking through the above bottlenecks; Based on multiple practical cases, the system elaborates on the role of AI in improving teaching efficiency, optimizing learning paths, and cultivating students'practical abilities and innovative thinking. Research shows that the application of artificial intelligence in integrated circuit teaching is not only an inevitable trend of teaching mode innovation, but also expands new paths for the cultivation of high-quality integrated circuit professionals in the new era.
