摘要: 面对生成式人工智能驱动的智媒时代变革,传统新闻教育的技能传授模式已难以适配行业需求,高校“新闻 +”教育范式革新已成为改革的必然要求。该文聚焦AI技术对新闻教育的底层逻辑重塑,提出以“人文价值、交叉融合、人机协同”为核心的教育新范式;同时,针对技术依赖风险、教育公平挑战与课程迭代滞后等问题,提出“以人为本”的工具定位、共享型资源平台与敏捷化课程机制等应对策略。该文指出:“新闻 +”范式的最终目标是培养兼具人文精神、数智能力与跨界创新力的复合型新闻人才,为智媒时代传媒业的可持续发展提供人才支撑。

Abstract: Faced with the transformation of the intelligent media era driven by generative artificial intelligence, the traditional skill teaching model of news education is no longer suitable for industry needs, and the innovation of the“news +”education paradigm in universities has become inevitable requirement for reform. This article focuses on the reshaping of the underlying logic of news education by AI technology, proposing a new educational paradigm centered on“humanistic values, cross integration, and human-machine collaboration”. At the same time, in response to issues such as technology dependence risks, educational equity challenges, and lagging curriculum iteration, strategies such as“people-oriented”tool positioning, shared resource platforms, and agile curriculum mechanisms are proposed. The article points out that the ultimate goal of the“news +”paradigm is to cultivate composite news talents who possess humanistic spirit, numerical intelligence, and cross-border innovation, providing talent support for the sustainable development of the media industry in the era of intelligent media.
