摘要: 材料先进制备技术是材料学科极为重要的专业课之一,涉及材料加工设备、材料设计及材料成型等方向。基于国家新工科建设理念,以培养科技型人才为导向,为不同专业学生设计类比且易懂的教学案例,不断优化理论与实践相结合的教学过程,旨在增强教学的生动性、提升课堂互动性,构建新媒体、动态教学和课堂思政相互耦合的教学模式,充分展现教学案例的综合教育价值。该文针对“物理气相沉积制备薄膜材料”案例,深入剖析教学过程中的重难点,分解抽象知识点并引入生动且贴近生活的常见现象,充分激发学生的学习兴趣和自主学习能力,进而更好地提高教学质量和教学效果。

Abstract: Advanced material preparation technology is one of the most important professional courses in the field of materials science, involving material processing equipment, material design, and material forming. Based on the national concept of new engineering construction, guided by the cultivation of technology-based talents, we design analogical and easy to understand teaching cases for students in different majors, continuously optimize the teaching process that combines theory and practice, aiming to increase teaching motivation and enhance classroom interactivity, construct a teaching model that couples new media, dynamic teaching, and classroom ideological and political education, and fully demonstrate the comprehensive educational value of teaching cases. This article focuses on the case of“preparation of thin film materials by physical vapor deposition”, deeply analyzes the key and difficult points in the teaching process, decomposes abstract knowledge points and introduces vivid and real-tife common phenomena, fully stimulates students'learning interest and self-learning ability, and thus better improves teaching quality and effectiveness.
