Innovative Research on the Platform-Based Development Model of Industry-Education Integration for the Digital and Intelligent Finance Professional Group

摘要: 产教融合是高等院校数智财经专业群人才培养的重要路径。既有研究和经验表明:数智财经专业群的产教融合实践往往浅层化与短期化,存在沟通互动不顺畅、资源共享不充分、合作关系不稳定等问题。该文提出重塑育人体系、搭建平台系统、优化教学模式、完善管理机制四个方面的优化对策,有助于搭建数智财经专业群产教融合平台化发展模式,提升数智财经专业群人才培养质量。

Abstract: The integration of industry and education is an important path for the cultivation of talents in the digital and intelligent finance professional group in higher education institutions. Existing research and empirical evidence indicate that the industry-education integration practices of the digital and intelligent finance professional group are often superficial and short-term, with problems such as poor communication and interaction, insufficient resource sharing, and unstable cooperative relationships. This article proposes four optimization countermeasures: reshaping the education system, building a platform system, optimizing the teaching mode, and improving the management mechanism. These measures are conducive to establishing a platform-based development model for the integration of industry and education in the digital and intelligent finance professional group and enhancing the quality of talent cultivation in this group.
