竞赛驱动的现代生物工程专业人才培养模式研究

摘要: 针对生物工程学科发展现状及人才培养面临的结构性挑战,结合学科竞赛在创新人才培养中的赋能作用,三峡大学生物工程专业构建了学科竞赛与人才培养深度融合的育人模式,通过入学教育渗透竞赛理念、强化导师队伍建设、完善“学赛结合”培养方案、建立多维保障激励机制等路径,实现学科竞赛与人才培养全流程的有机衔接。实践表明:该模式显著提升了学生的科研创新能力与学科竞赛成绩,近3年,国家级竞赛获奖数量实现跨越式增长,毕业生核心能力维度表现突出,充分验证了“以赛促学、以赛育人”的有效性,为生物工程专业高素质人才培养提供了实践范式。

Abstract: In response to the current development status of the discipline of bioengineering and the structural challenges faced by talent cultivation, combined with the empowering role of discipline competitions in innovative talent cultivation, the bioengineering major at China Three Gorges University has established a deep integration of discipline competitions and talent cultivation in its educational model. Through the infiltration of competition concepts in entrance education, strengthening the construction of mentor teams, improving the“combination of learning and competition”training program, and establishing multi-dimensional guarantee and incentive mechanisms, the organic connection between subject competitions and the entire process of talent cultivation can be achieved. Practice has shown that this model significantly enhances students'research and innovation abilities as well as their academic competition results. In the past three years, the number of national level competition awards has achieved a leapfrog growth, and the core competencies of graduates have shown outstanding performance. This fully verifies the effectiveness of“promoting learning through competitions and educating people through competitions”and provides a practical paradigm for the cultivation of high-quality talents in the field of biotechnology.
