摘要： 在技能型社会建设中,艺术设计专业学生持续创业能力是创意经济发展的重要支撑,其培育备受关注。该文以艺术设计专业学生为研究对象,聚焦其持续创业能力培育机制,分析技能型社会对其的特殊要求,探究培育过程中存在的不足及成因,从目标定位、内容体系等方面构建科学培育机制,为提升其持续创业能力提供理论与实践指导,助力技能型社会建设。

Abstract: In the construction of a skill-based society, the sustained entrepreneurial ability of art and design students is an important support for the development of the creative economy, and its cultivation has received much attention. This article takes art and design students as the research object, focuses on the mechanism of cultivating their sustainable entrepreneurial ability, analyzes the special requirements of a skill-based society for them, explores the shortcomings and causes of cultivation process, and constructs a scientific cultivation mechanism from the aspects of target positioning and content system, providing theoretical and practical guidance for improving their sustainable entrepreneurial ability and assisting in the construction of a skill-based society.
