数智时代大学生职业素养的生成逻辑、培育挑战和实践路径

Generative Logic, Cultivation Dilemmas and Realization Paths of College Students'Professional Literacy in the Digital-Intelligent Era

摘要: 数智时代产业面临数字化转型,对大学生的职业素养提出新要求。当前大学生职业素养培育面临技术迭代重塑职业结构、产业融合增加对复合型人才的需求、就业形态革新冲击传统就业结构等挑战。该文提出可通过构建数技协同教学图谱、打造跨界育人模式、勾勒“五育”协同职业价值图景,促进职业素养与社会发展适配,推动个体发展与国家数字战略实施同频共振。

Abstract: The digital transformation of industries poses new requirements for college students'professional literacy. Currently, the cultivation of their professional literacy faces challenge, including the reshaping of occupational structure by technological iteration, the growing demand for interdisciplinary talents from industrial integration, and the impact of employment form innovation on traditional employment structure. To solve these problems, we can promote the adaptation of professional literacy to social development and align individual development with the national digital strategy implement by constructing a digital-technology collaborative teaching framework, building an interdisciplinary talent cultivation model, and outlining the professional value landscape of the“five education” synergy.
