Research on the Application Effect of the Hybrid Teaching Method Based on C-POTE Model in Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing Teaching

摘要: 该文探讨基于C-POTE模型的混合式教学法在妇产科护理学课程教学中的应用效果,随机抽取180名护理专业的学生为研究对象,两组各90人。对照组采用问题驱动式教学模式(PBL)联合案例分析法(CBL)教学,试验组采用基于C-POTE模型的PBL + CBL教学方法。以学生的考试成绩、评判性思维、自我效能及自主学习能力为评价指标,分析干预效果。研究发现:基于C-POTE模型的PBL + CBL教学模式相对PBL + CBL教学方法具有更大优势(P<0.05),在妇产科护理学课程教学中实施基于C-POTE模型的混合式教学法可显著提升教学效果。

Abstract: The aim is to explore the application effect of the blended teaching method based on the C-POTE model in the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology nursing courses. A total of 180 nursing students were randomly selected as the research subjects, with 90 in each of the two groups. The control group adopted the Problem-Based Learning Mode (PBL) combined with the Case-Based Learning (CBL), while the experimental group adopted the PBL + CBL teaching method based on the C-POTE model. The evaluation indicators included exam scores, critical thinking, self-efficacy, and autonomous learning ability. The results showed that the PBL + CBL teaching mode based on the C-POTE model had greater advantages compared to the PBL + CBL approach (P < 0.05). Implementing the blended teaching method based on the C-POTE model in the obstetrics and gynecology nursing course can significantly improve the teaching effect.
