摘要: 专业集群建设对教师队伍建设提出了更高的要求,“双师双能型”教师作为连接理论教学与实践教学的关键纽带,其培养质量会直接影响专业集群建设的实际成效。传统单一主体培养模式已经难以满足当前的需求,迫切需要构建多元协同培养的有效机制。协同培养模式通过整合高等院校、行业、企业与科研院所等多方资源,形成了优势互补的良好框架。该模式以协同理论作为指导,建立涵盖培养目标、主体与运行机制的完整体系,通过制度保障、资源配置与质量监控等措施确保培养效果。相关案例表明该模式能够为专业集群建设提供有力的师资支撑。

Abstract: Professional cluster development places higher demands on faculty development.“Dual-qualified, dual-ability” teachers, as the key link between theoretical and practical teaching, have a direct impact on the effectiveness of professional cluster development. The traditional single-subject training model is no longer sufficient to meet current needs, and there is an urgent need to develop an effective mechanism for multi-faceted collaborative training. The collaborative training model integrates resources from universities, industry enterprises, and research institutes to create a favorable framework with complementary advantages. Guided by collaborative theory, this model establishes a comprehensive system encompassing training objectives, subject, and operational mechanisms. It ensures effective training through institutional guarantees, resource allocation, and quality monitoring. Case studies demonstrate that this model can provide strong faculty support for professional cluster development.
