摘要: 临床实践与基础科研的深度交融是推动医学创新、提高诊疗水平的关键途径。该文聚焦临床与基础科研融合的实验教学中心建设,探索通过临床医师与基础科研人员协同教学的模式,达成“临床问题转化为科研课题—基础研究破解核心机制—成果回归临床应用”的闭环培养目标;从平台定位、硬件布局、教学体系、协作机制及成效评估等方面,明确融合型实验教学中心的建设框架,为培养具备临床科研转化能力的复合型人才、促进医学教学与科研协同发展提供实践思路。

Abstract: The in-depth integration of clinical practice and basic research is a key approach to advancing medical innovation and improving the level of diagnosis and treatment. This paper focuses on the construction of an experimental teaching center integrating clinical practice and basic research, exploring a collaborative teaching model involving clinicians and basic researchers to achieve the closed-loop training goal of“transforming clinical problems into research projects - basic research solving core mechanisms - research outcomes returning to clinical application”. It constructs a framework for building such an integrated experimental teaching center from the perspectives of platform positioning, hardware layout, teaching system, collaboration mechanism, and effectiveness evaluation, providing practical insights for cultivating interdisciplinary talents with clinical research transformation capabilities and promoting the coordinated development of medical teaching and research.
