高职师范生就业能力提升路径研究——基于适配广西乡村基础教育的视角

摘要: 推动高职师范生就业能力与乡村基础教育需求相适配,是促进广西乡村教育优质发展的关键举措。该文立足广西多民族的特点,构建了包括教学转化、社区协同与实践创新在内的乡村教师适配能力框架,系统分析高职师范培养中目标趋同、课程割裂、实践薄弱及师资结构不完善等问题,创造性提出“目标—课程—实践—师资”四维协同的提升路径,以期为乡村师资培养提供理论参照与实践范式。

Abstract: The key measure to promoting the high-quality development of rural education in Guangxi is to match the employment ability of vocational college normal students with the demand for rural basic education. This article is based on the multi-ethnic characteristics of Guangxi, and constructs a framework for the adaptation ability of rural teachers, including teaching transformation, community collaboration, and practical innovation. It systematically analyzes the problems of goal convergence, curriculum fragmentation, weak practice, and imperfect teacher structure in vocational teacher training, and creatively proposes a four-dimensional collaborative improvement path of“goal curriculum practice teacher”, in order to provide theoretical reference and practical paradigm for rural teacher training.
