摘要: 高校武术专项班教学中存在模仿形式化、修正反馈不足及技能与文化脱节等问题,制约着教学质量提升与武术育人价值的实现。该文聚焦“模仿—修正—提升”教学模式,通过分析该模式的逻辑关系,构建各阶段的实践策略,以有效解决当前教学问题,为高校武术专项班教学改革提供理论参考与实践范式,助力实现武术“技道并重”的教育目标。

Abstract: In the teaching of martial arts specialized classes in colleges and universities, there exist problems such as formalized imitation, insufficient correction feedback, and the disconnection between skills and culture, which restrict the improvement of teaching quality and the realization of the educational value of martial arts. The research focuses on the“imitation- correction-improvement”teaching model. By analyzing the logical relationship of this model, practical strategies for each stage are constructed. In order to effectively address the current teaching pain points, provide theoretical references and practical models for the teaching reform of martial arts specialized classes in colleges and universities, and contribute to achieving the educational goal of“equal emphasis on technique and way”in martial arts.
