高校“双师型”师资队伍建设的路径探索

摘要: 在创新驱动发展战略实施与高等教育内涵式发展的交汇点上,“双师型”师资队伍建设成为赋能应用型人才培养、服务区域经济发展的关键路径。该文通过界定“双师型”教师标准,分析其在促进服务产业升级、深化教学改革、激发学生“双创”意识、提升高校竞争力等方面的积极作用,探索强化顶层设计、完善能力标准、构建培养体系、健全评价激励机制、优化资源配置的五维建设路径。该路径可破解师资数量、结构及能力短板,提升产教融合与“双创”指导的实效,为高校培养敢闯会创人才、实现核心竞争力跃升提供系统支撑。

Abstract: At the intersection of the implement of innovation-driven development strategy and the connotative development of higher education, the construction of“dual-teacher”faculty teams in universities under the context of innovation and entrepreneurship has become a key path for empowering the cultivation of applied talents and serving the regional economy development. This article defines the standards for“dual-teacher”, analyzes their positive role in promoting upgrading the service industry, deepening educational reform, stimulating innovation and entrepreneurship awareness, and enhancing the competitiveness of universities. It explores a five dimensional construction path of strengthening top-level design, improving ability standards, constructing a training system, improving evaluation incentives mechanism, and optimizing resource allocation. This path system can solve the shortcomings in the quantity, structure and ability of faculty, improve the effectiveness of industry-academia integration and innovation and entrepreneurship guidance, and provide systematic support for universities to cultivate daring and innovative talents and achieve a leap in core competitiveness.
