摘要: 新质生产力以数字与智能技术为核心,推动高校体育教育向多元场景与综合育人转型,而体育教师数智素养是转型实现的关键支撑。针对当前高校体育教师数智素养培育中存在的问题,该文从场景化培育内容重构、多主体协同机制构建、核心素养导向培育强化三个维度探索实践路径,旨在破解培育难题,提升教师数智应用与转化的能力,为新质生产力背景下高校体育教育提质增效提供保障。

Abstract: The new quality productivity, driven by digital and intelligent technologies, promotes the transformation of physical education in colleges and universities towards multi-scenario and comprehensive education, and the digital and intelligent literacy of physical education teachers is the key support for the realization of this transformation. In response to the current predicament in the cultivation of digital intelligence literacy among college physical education teachers, this paper explores practical paths from three dimensions: the reconstruction of scenario-based cultivation content, the construction of a multi-subject collaborative mechanism, and the strengthening of core literacy-oriented cultivation. The aim is to solve the cultivation problems, enhance teachers' ability to apply and transform digital intelligence, and provide a guarantee for improving the quality and efficiency of college physical education under the background of new quality productivity.
