摘要: 为了提高高校毕业生的就业率,高校要积极探寻一条互惠共赢的校企合作路径,培养具备创新创业能力的人才。该文阐述了校企合作对大学生创新创业能力培养的重要意义,分析了基于校企合作的大学生创新创业能力培养存在的问题,并提出调整协同思维、拓展合作深度、整合双方资源、加强制度建设等具体策略。

Abstract: In order to improve the employment rate of college graduates, universities should actively explore a mutually beneficial and win-win path of school enterprise cooperation, and cultivate talents with innovative and entrepreneurial abilities. This article elaborates on the important significance of school enterprise cooperation in cultivating college students’innovation and entrepreneurship abilities, analyzes the difficulties in the application of school enterprise cooperation models in cultivating college students'innovation and entrepreneurship abilities, and proposes specific strategies such as adjusting collaborative thinking, strengthening cooperation depth, integrating resources from both parties, and strengthening institutional construction.
