摘要: 深化产教融合是推动教育改革、破解人才培养供给侧和产业需求侧不能完全适应这一难题的重要举措。该文基于生产要素配置理论,对与旅游类专业群建设相关的教育生产要素进行研究及创新性配置,以形成促进旅游产业发展的产教融合协同育人模式,从而解决旅游类专业群产教融合协同育人存在的问题,形成教育和产业的良性互动,提升旅游类人才培养质量,发展旅游业新质生产力。

Abstract: Deepening the integration of industry and education is an important measure to promote education reform and solve the problem of insufficient adaptation between the supply side of talent cultivation and the demand side of industries. This article is based on the theory of factor allocation of production, and conducts research and innovative allocation of educational production factors related to the construction of tourism professional groups, in order to form a collaborative education model that promotes the development of the tourism industry through the integration of industry and education, thus solving the problems of collaborative education in tourism professional groups, forming a positive interaction between education and industry, improving the quality of tourism talent cultivation, and developing new productivity in the tourism industry.
