摘要: 该文以教育数字化转型为背景,系统探讨知识图谱技术在一流课程建设中的构建与应用,具体探讨了知识图谱技术在研究性教学模式中的应用实例;通过解析知识图谱的定义、原理和方法,知识图谱的构建过程,结合在一流课程生物化学学科建设尤其是研究性教学模式中应用的典型案例,分析其在知识体系重构、学习路径优化和教学评价改革中的实践价值。知识图谱通过建立多维度知识关联网络,能够有效解决研究性教学中的知识碎片化、资源整合难等问题,为未来教育智能化发展提供技术支撑。

Abstract: This article takes the digital transformation of education as the background, systematically explores the construction and application of knowledge graph technology in first-class curriculum construction, and specifically discusses the application examples of knowledge graph technology in research-based teaching mode. By analyzing the definition, principles, and methods of knowledge graph, the construction process of knowledge graph, and combining typical cases applied in the construction of first-class course biochemistry, especially in the research-based teaching mode, this paper analyzes its practical value in knowledge system reconstruction, learning path optimization, and teaching evaluation reform. Knowledge graph can effectively solve the problems of knowledge fragmentation and resource integration in research-based teaching by establishing a multidimensional knowledge association network, providing technical support for the future development of intelligent education.
