摘要: 开展创新创业教育是地方普通师范院校推进教育教学改革、促进自身内涵式发展、培养创新型人才的关键举措。部分地方普通师范院校在推进自身转型升级的进程中,其创新创业教育存在重理论讲授、重专业教育、重理论教学、重教师引进等现象。该文提出应从理念更新、课程创新、实践革新、师资梯队建设4个方面入手,构建地方普通师范院校创新创业教育长效机制,确保其健康、有序、高效发展。

Abstract: For local normal universities, carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education is a key measure to promote educational and teaching reform, promote their own connotative development, and cultivate innovative talents. In the process of transformation and upgrading of some local normal universities, there is a phenomenon of overemphasizing theoretical indoctrination, professional education, theoretical teaching, and teacher introduction in innovation and entrepreneurship education. Therefore, this paper proposes that normal universities should start from four aspects: updating their concepts, innovating their courses, innovating their practices, and building their teaching staff, in order to establish a long-term mechanism for innovation and entrepreneurship education in local ordinary normal universities. This aims to ensure the universities healthy, orderly, and efficient development.
