摘要: 随着社会对高校学生体质健康关注度的不断提升,如何有效提升大学生的体质水平已成为当前教育领域的热点课题,但是部分高校在具体实施过程中重点关注体质健康测试和评价,缺乏有效的体质健康咨询指导和健康促进方法。该文旨在探讨一体化精准教学模式在高校学生体质健康促进中的应用,为高校体育教学改革提供理论依据和实践指导。

Abstract: With the increasing attention of society to the physical health of college students, how to effectively improve their physical fitness has become a hot topic in the current education field. However, some universities focus on physical health testing and evaluation in the specific implementation process, lacking effective physical health consultation guidance and health promotion methods. This article aims to explore the application of the integrated precision teaching model in promoting the physical health of college students, providing theoretical basis and practical guidance for the reform of physical education teaching in colleges and universities.
