Abstract: This article explores the practical path of talent cultivation in Inner Mongolia's private universities under the background of new quality productivity. As a product of technological innovation and industrial integration, new quality productivity has put forward higher requirements for talent quality. Private universities in Inner Mongolia have unique value in cultivating high-quality talents due to their flexible mechanisms and abundant regional resources. However, current universities still face many challenges in terms of professional settings, curriculum systems, and faculty teams. This article analyzes the current situation and challenges, proposes practical paths, in order to provide useful references for Inner Mongolia's private universities in cultivating new quality talents and help promote regional economic and social development.
