人工智能时代大学生高质量就业服务体系构建探究——以山东省试点单位聊城大学大学生就业创业赋能中心建设为例

摘要: 随着人工智能技术的不断发展和应用,高校大学生的就业创业环境正经历着深刻的变革。在高校建设大学生就业创业赋能中心,是山东省增强高校就业资源聚集、助力毕业生高质量充分就业的创新举措。聊城大学作为首批试点建设单位,坚持生涯发展视角,面向学生,集聚要素资源,建设大学生就业创业赋能中心,构建“以学生为主体,聚合智慧就业、职业指导、就业指导、职业训练、生涯规划、心理调适、创业服务、个性化就业服务”的“8+N”就业创业服务体系,帮助学生增强生涯认知、提高就业和创业能力,以数字技术支撑智慧就业服务更精准高效。

Abstract: With the continuous development and application of artificial intelligence technology, the employment and entrepreneurship environment for college students is undergoing profound changes. The construction of employment and entrepreneurship empowerment centers for undergraduates in colleges and universities is an innovative strategy by Shandong Province to enhance the gathering of employment resources in universities and assist graduates in achieving high-quality and full employment. As one of the first pilot construction units, Liaocheng University adheres to the perspective of career development, focuses on students, gathers essential resources, and establishes the university student employment and entrepreneurship empowerment center. It constructs an“8+N”employment and entrepreneurship service system with“students as the main body, aggregating smart employment, career guidance, employment guidance, vocational training, career planning, psychological adjustment, entrepreneurship services, and personalized employment services”, helping students enhance their career awareness and improve their job seeking and entrepreneurship abilities, and using digital technology to support more accurate and efficient smart employment services.
