高校专业教育与创新创业教育的融合共生机制

摘要: “专创融合”是高校实施创新驱动发展战略的关键措施。基于专业教育脱离创新创业教育、创新创业教育与专业教育割裂、“专创融合”举措难以落地等难题,“专创融合”实效远低于预期。该文基于共生理论,通过健全共生单元、优化共生环境、改进共生模式等共生要素优化方式,“专创融合”教育需搭建理念认同机制,倡导部门协同机制,完善利益均衡机制,构建资源共享机制,取得以专促创、以创带专的教育实效。

Abstract: The integration of expertise and innovation is a key indicator for universities to implement innovation driven development strategies. Due to practical challenges such as the separation of professional education from innovation and entrepreneurship education, the separation of innovation and entrepreneurship education from professional education, and the difficulty in implementing measures for the integration of expertise and innovation, the effectiveness of the integration of expertise and innovation is far below expectations. Based on the theory of symbiosis, by improving the symbiotic units, optimizing the symbiotic environment, and improving the symbiotic mode and other symbiotic elements, the integration of specialized and creative education needs to establish a mechanism for conceptual recognition, advocate for departmental collaboration, improve the mechanism for balancing interests, and build a resource sharing mechanism, in order to seek the educational effectiveness of promoting innovation through specialization and promoting specialization through innovation.
