“六位一体”的应用型本科高校工程训练中心建设路径探索

Exploration for “Six-in-One” Engineering Training Center Construction of Application-Oriented Universities

摘要: 为了提升地方本科高校工程训练中心对高素质复合型应用技术人才的培养质量,在考虑新工科标准和学校定位的基础上,该文基于“六位一体”的建设路径建立了工程训练中心改革框架,其中,构建了围绕基础实践训练、交叉创新探索以及项目融合提升的实践教学体系,探索了专业学科竞赛队伍的工程创新培养方案,基于“三通模式”的实践教学平台建设思路,贯通式的管理机制改革及过程化管理的教学质量评价体系。研究结果表明:基于新工科标准和“六位一体”路径建设的工程训练中心在培养学生工程实践能力和创新能力等方面成效显著,为地方本科高校的产教融合建设提供了有效保障。

Abstract: To improve the training quality of high-quality composite technology talents in undergraduate engineering training centers, taking into account new engineering standards and school positioning, this article establishes a reform framework for engineering training centers based on the“six in one”construction path, constructs a practical teaching system centered on basic practical training, cross innovation exploration, and project integration improvement, and explores engineering innovation training plans for professional subject competition teams, the construction concept of practical teaching platform based on the“three links model”, the reform of a comprehensive management system, and the evaluation system of teaching quality through process management. The research results indicate that the engineering training center based on the“six in one”path construction has achieved significant results in cultivating students'engineering practice and innovation abilities, providing effective guarantees for the construction of industry, academia, research and application in local undergraduate universities.
