Research on the Improvement of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Model for College Students—Taking the Archives Department of Hanshan Normal University as an Example

摘要: 为了更好地培养创新型人才,该文从档案学专业的教学实践出发,通过问卷调查研究的方法深入探究创新创业教育。调查结果显示:学生对于当前创新创业课程教育模式总体较为满意,但存在提升空间。根据调查结果,该文提出了着力形成创新创业教育与专业特色相结合的课程设计、构建创新创业课程评价体系、搭建校企联合授课教师团队与实践训练基地等课程改进建议,以有效提升创新创业课程教学效果,增强档案学专业学生创新创业能力和就业竞争力。

Abstract: In order to better cultivate innovative talents, starting from the teaching practice of archives major, innovation and entrepreneurship education is deeply explored through questionnaire survey and research. The survey results show that students are generally satisfied with the current education model of innovation and entrepreneurship courses, but there is room for improvement. According to the survey results, some suggestions for curriculum improvement were put forward, such as focusing on the combination of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional characteristics, constructing an evaluation system for innovation and entrepreneurship courses, and building a school-enterprise joint teaching team and practical training base, so as to effectively improve the teaching effect of innovation and entrepreneurship courses and enhance the innovation and entrepreneurship ability and employment competitiveness of archives students.
