摘要: 针对大数据技术专业学生个性发展和多路径成才等问题,该文以学生为中心,创新“按类培养、按需成才”育人理念,深化产教融合校企合作,构建大数据技术专业“四方聚力、四维聚焦、分类聚向”人才培养模式,即政府、园区、企业、学校四方聚力,构建新课程体系、新实践教学体系、新育人平台体系和新师资队伍体系,形成体系支撑链;共建实践平台、科研项目、课程资源、师资资源等育人资源,形成资源保障链;实现分类培养、精准聚向育人,推动专业高水平建设、高质量发展,培养高素质技术技能人才。

Abstract: In view of the problems in big data technology major such as personality development and multi-path success of students, the student-centered education innovates the concept of“culturing by category and talent by demand”, deeply practices the integration of production and education with college-enterprise cooperation, and builds the talent cultivation model of“four-way clustering, four-dimensional focusing and classified orientating”for the big data technology major group. That is to unite the government, parks, enterprises and colleges to construct a new curriculum system, a new practice teaching system, a new education platform system and a new teaching staff system for a system support chain, build practice platforms, scientific research projects, curriculum resources, teacher resources and other education resources for a resource guarantee chain, and implement classified training and precise orientating of talent education. These measures will promote the development of professional groups at a high level and with high quality, and train highly skilled technical talents.
