Thinking and Analysis on the Practical Teaching Ability of Young Teachers of Material Major

摘要: 高校青年教师的实践教学能力提升与实践创新人才培养密切相关。针对青年教师实践教学能力提升存在的问题,该文围绕课程教材和培养过程的设计、实践教学基地的建设和实践培训模式的完善3个方面,探讨了青年教师实践教学能力提升的途径,揭示了综合型技术人才培养过程中青年教师实践教学能力提升的必要性;提出通过更新专业教材、提高教师主观能动性、推进校内和校外实践基地建设、发挥有经验教师“传帮带”作用、组建教学团队等具体策略增强青年教师的实践教学能力,为培养综合素质优异的专业技术人才提供保障。

Abstract: The cultivation of practical innovative talents in universities is closely related to the practical teaching ability of young teachers. In response to the problems faced by young teachers in improving their practical teaching abilities, this paper centers on three aspects: the design of course materials and cultivation process, the construction of practical teaching base, and the improvement of training model, and explores the strategy route to enhance the practical teaching ability of young teachers, and reveals the practical teaching enhancement necessity during the process of cultivating comprehensive technical talents. The concrete implementation strategies are proposed to provide guarantees for cultivating technical talents with excellent comprehensive qualities, such as updating professional textbooks, improving subjective initiative of young teachers, promoting the construction of practical bases inside and outside university, leveraging the role of experienced teachers in mentoring, and forming teaching teams.
