Abstract: The deep integration of industry, academia and research has gradually become a key path to enhance national innovation capabilities and core competitiveness, and its importance is increasingly prominent. This article deeply explores the collaborative mechanism between schools and enterprises in driving the deep integration of industry, academia, and research, aiming to reveal the core challenges facing current industry university research cooperation and propose a systematic strategy based on this. Through in-depth analysis of the school enterprise collaboration model, we aim to provide solid theoretical support and practical paths for promoting technological innovation, industrial upgrading, and high-end talent cultivation, and thus provide reference for the optimization and upgrading of the national innovation system.
