高职无人机课程理论与实践融合教学管理研究

摘要: 高职无人机课程理实融合教学存在理论与实践割裂、管理机构设置不完善以及校企合作深度不足等问题。该文以高职无人机课程理实融合教学管理为例,阐述构建系统性、实用性、开放性、协同性四项基本原则,建立目标体系、内容管理机制、运行模式、信息化平台四维管理体系,形成多层级组织保障、“双师型”队伍培养、经费投入保障三项支撑措施的具体过程。理实融合教学模式在提升学生理论知识掌握程度和实践操作技能方面起到积极作用,为高职无人机专业建设提供了可行路径。

Abstract: There are problems in the integration of theory and practice in the management of unmanned aerial vehicle courses in higher vocational education, such as the disconnection between theory and practice, incomplete management organization settings, and insufficient depth of school enterprise cooperation. Taking the theory and practice in unmanned aerial vehicle courses in higher vocational education as an example, this article elaborates on the four basic principles of building a systematic, practical, open, and collaborative system. It establishes a four-dimensional management system consisting of a target system, content management mechanism, operation mode, and information platform, and forms the specific process of three supporting measures: multi-level organizational support, dual teacher team training, and funding support. The integrated teaching management model of theory and practice plays a positive role in enhancing students'theoretical knowledge mastery and practical operation skills, providing a feasible path for the construction of unmanned aerial vehicle majors in higher vocational education.
