摘要: 在现代信息技术日益融入高等教育的背景下,实现课程建设的信息化改革是当前高等教育面临的重要任务。信息化教学资源库建设作为推进新时代高等教育改革的核心,是提升高等教育教学水平的重要基础。该文从课程功能、思政建设和产学研结合一体化3个方面思考改革的关键要素,强调新时代信息化教学改革的重要性,探讨教学资源库建设的方向和思路,分享辽宁省一流本科环境工程概论课程建设的实践经验。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the increasing integration of modern information technology into higher education, achieving information technology reform in curriculum construction is an important task facing current higher education. The construction of an information-based teaching resource library, as the core of promoting higher education reform in the new era, is an important foundation for improving the teaching level of higher education. This article considers the key elements of reform from three aspects: course function, ideological and political construction, and the integration of industry, academia, and research. It emphasizes the importance of information technology teaching reform in the new era, explores the direction and ideas of teaching resource library construction, and shares the practical experience of the construction of the first-class undergraduate course introduction to environmental engineering in Liaoning Province.
