摘要: 随着新能源产业的蓬勃发展,用户对于新能源产品交互体验的要求日益提升,这对高校交互设计人才的培养提出了新的挑战。该文通过分析新能源产业的发展现状及其对交互设计人才的需求,指出了产教融合在推动人才培养与产业需求精准对接中的关键作用,在新能源科学与交互设计产教融合实施路径方面,从学科建设、师资队伍、教学实践及评价体系4个层面提出了具体途径,如优化人才培养方案、完善教学模式、引进“双师双能型”教师、建立企业导师制度等。这些措施旨在培养既掌握新能源技术又具备良好交互设计能力的复合型人才,以满足新能源产业发展的需求;通过实施产教融合,可以有效解决新能源领域人才培养与行业需求脱节的问题,推动新能源技术的创新与应用,优化新能源产业的人才结构。

Abstract: With the vigorous development of the new energy industry, users are increasingly demanding interactive experience of new energy products, which poses new challenges to the training of interaction design talents in universities. By analyzing the development status of the new energy industry and its demand for interaction design talents, this paper points out the key role of the integration of industry and education in promoting the precise docking of talent training and industrial demand. On the implementation path of the integration of production and education in new energy science and interactive design, this paper puts forward specific approaches from the four aspects of discipline construction, teacher team, teaching practice and evaluation system, such as optimizing talent training program, improving teaching mode, introducing“double-qualified and dual-capable”teachers, and establishing enterprise tutor system. These measures aim to cultivate interdisciplinary talents who understand new energy technologies and have good interaction design capabilities to meet the needs of the new energy industry development. Through the implementation of the integration of production and education, it can effectively solve the problem of the disconnection between the training of talents in the field of new energy and the needs of the industry, promote the innovation and application of new energy technology, and optimize the talent structure of the new energy industry.
