摘要: 加强高校创新创业教育师资队伍建设,有助于促进教师的专业成长,推动大学生全面发展,提高高校创新创业教育质量。但当前高校创新创业教育师资队伍建设面临教育理念落后、师资力量薄弱、师资培训体系不完善、教师管理不规范、缺乏完善的考评激励机制等问题。该文针对高校创新创业教育师资队伍的现状及存在的问题,从教育理念、师资培养体系、教师管理等维度提出加强师资力量建设的相关建议,以期为教育管理者和高校领导提供参考,促进创新创业教育的健康发展。

Abstract: Strengthening the construction of teaching staff for innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is helpful to drive the professional growth of teachers, promote the all-round development of college students, and improve the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. However, at present, the construction of teaching staff for innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities has encountered a bottleneck, and faced the dilemmas of backward education concept, shortage of teachers, unqualified teachers, imperfect teacher training system, non-standard teacher management, and imperfect evaluation and incentive mechanism. This paper focuses on the current situation and existing problems of the teaching staff of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities to provide suggestions on strengthening the construction of teaching staff from the aspects of education concept, teacher training system and teacher management, in order to provide references for educational administrators and university leaders and promote the healthy development of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
